House pool rules
This private pool follows the Circa Survivor format, with the entry cap and selection deadlines listed below.
Survivor selection periods
All 18 NFL regular-season weeks, plus Thanksgiving and Christmas as separate contest legs.
How to survive
- Pick one team to win straight up in every contest leg.
- A win keeps that entry alive. A loss or tie eliminates it.
- A team may be used only once by the same entry.
Up to three entries
- Each user may have a maximum of three entries.
- Fees are $20 for one entry, $40 for two, and $50 for three.
- The commissioner assigns entries after payment is confirmed.
- Every entry has its own picks, used-team list, record, and status.
- Your entries may make different—even opposing—selections.
Holiday legs
- Thanksgiving games on Nov. 25–27 form a separate selection period.
- Christmas games on Dec. 24–25 form another separate selection period.
- These are in addition to the regular pick for their NFL week.
Missed picks and results
- An entry that does not make a valid selection is eliminated when the next contest leg opens.
- Eliminated entries cannot make additional selections.
- Scores are checked after games, then the commissioner finalizes the week’s wins, losses, and eliminations.
- The homepage reveals the pool’s most popular and most surprising picks only after that week’s selections are finalized.

Selection deadlines
Week 1 opens before kickoff. Each later standard week opens Tuesday after Monday Night Football; Thanksgiving and Christmas use their separate holiday windows. The deadline follows the day your selected team plays.

A pick cannot be submitted or changed after its listed deadline or kickoff, whichever comes first.
